About the Role

Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) is a leading travel intelligence company seeking an Executive Assistant to support its dynamic team. This role requires adaptability to the evolving needs of the executives and the organization. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, coordinate complex calendars, manage sensitive information, and facilitate the effectiveness and productivity of the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars for multiple executives, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Serve American Samoa the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, responding on behalf of the executives when necessary
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring meeting logistics are well-organized
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accurate and timely submission of expense reports
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities effectively, addressing urgent matters promptly and managing long-term projects efficiently

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
