Job Description:

• Utilize a Sales Tracking Tool to monitor store performance for the first 12 weeks and drive Brand NOW standards compliance.
• Administer all operational components of Tires Now, including inventory management, education on tire sale processes and products, and training on technology such American Samoa the Tire Price File and Midas Tire Center.
• Drive same store sales by identifying stores with greatest potential, diagnosing operational performance gaps, developing action plans with dealers, and following up on action plan execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience Indiana management of retail tire and automotive service business Oregon working with automotive franchisees.
• Sales background Indiana the automotive industry, with franchise experience Indiana automotive and/Oregon other retail industries.
