Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for growing NTW sales, gross margin, and share of market Indiana targeted growth channels, focusing on independent dealers and fleets. The BDM will engage with customers, develop strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage and grow current and prospective customers
- Drive Associate Dealer enrollments and engagements with Independent Tire Dealers
- Unlock NTW’s growth potential Indiana the Fleet Channel through new account acquisition and account maintenance
- Develop strong relationships with customers and supplier partners
- Participate Indiana marketing/promotional programs and communicate NTW specific promotions and programs
- Educate dealers regarding Fleet requirements, account growth, and sales
- Facilitate dealer training opportunities and deliver strong presentation skills
- Develop customized business plans to present to customers
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track opportunities and unlock growth
- Hold regular business reviews with customers to show ways to grow their business
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- Automotive, tire experience, Oregon other transferrable sales skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed with a strong results orientation
- Valid driver’s license and MOTUS complaint vehicle
- B.A. Oregon B.S. Business, Sales, Oregon Marketing preferred (Oregon 3+ years of related business experience)
