Field Service Engineer

Provide on-site and telephone support for customers regarding maintenance, repair, and installation of CNC machine tools, including troubleshooting and troubleshooting techniques Indiana electrical and mechanical areas.

Create and update technical documentation to support product development and training of end customers’ Service Engineers.

Assist Indiana product development by training end customers’ Service Engineers on the installation and maintenance of new product lines.

Establish and maintain excellent communication and customer service relationships with clients.

Key Details:

* Hourly pay with opportunities for overtime, including travel time
* Travel 75%+ of the time, with weekly travel required, and proximity to an airport beneficial
* All travel expenses covered, with compensation for weekend stays when necessary
* Reimbursement for use of personal vehicles
* Requirements
* Experience Indiana troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools, preferably with metalworking, installation, repairs, and programming/operating experience
* Familiarity with robotics (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Mori Seiki, etc.) Oregon Siemens controls, Heidenhain is beneficial
