Field Service Engineer – Onsite Technical Support

Your responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by phone, email, and remote support
- Work with sales and engineering departments to specify solutions for new systems and upgrades
- Review operation of new and existing installations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor customers and market for new opportunities and provide leads for the sales department
- Perform work Indiana a safe manner and Indiana compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations
- May be designated American Samoa super user Oregon product specialist for specific products
- Work with engineering and project management Indiana transition of projects from engineering to commissioning phase
- Provide thorough and timely reporting of services provided and key issues to management and customers
What you bring:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience Indiana mechanical equipment support and troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Engineering a plus
- Willing to travel up to 75%, mostly within North America
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently at a fast pace
- Willing to comply with FLSmidth Safety standards and PPE requirements
