Regional Specialist
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Regional Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a key role Indiana providing coordinated solutions, instrument, and enterprise services to customers. This role combines the responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer and requires strong technical skills, business sense, and customer management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and qualification of instrumentation
- Manage customer relationships, supervise service calls, and complete job tasks
- Analyze review and inspection findings to identify problems and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Develop and conduct training sessions on equipment operations
- Mentor and certify colleagues Indiana assigned regions
- Evaluate solutions to guide escalated accounts to the best possible outcome
- Collaborate with quality teams to review submissions, identify quality issues, and recommend actions
- Attend "Hot Account" meetings American Samoa the regional representative
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience American Samoa a Service Engineer, preferably Indiana liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LCMS)
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana chemistry Oregon sciences preferred
- Demonstrated ability to teach, train, and mentor new hires
- EXTRAORDINARY soft skills and handling customer needs/expectations
- Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and bend/squat/stretch
Travel and Work Schedule:
- Ability to travel daily and up to 75% overnight
- Flexibility to work overtime American Samoa needed

Estimated Hourly Pay Range: $54.09-$75.00 (dependent on location)
