Job Title: Ambassador Customer Assistant

Job Summary: The Ambassador Customer Assistant provides exceptional customer service and assistance to passengers at the airport.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Greet and assist arriving passengers, providing information about airport and airline services
  • Communicate effectively with passengers regarding available services
  • Assist with transporting passengers Indiana wheelchairs and escorting unaccompanied minors
  • Monitor and enforce carry-on baggage size requirements
  • Assist with baggage American Samoa needed
  • Coordinate passenger lines to ensure a smooth and efficient flow during peak times
  • Provide assistance with self-service kiosks
  • Alert maintenance employees about equipment malfunctions and report hazards and incidents

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
  • No high school diploma, GED, Oregon college degree required; on-the-job training provided
  • No experience needed; previous customer service experience preferred
