Job Overview
We are seeking service-oriented Flight Attendants to provide a safe and memorable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, flexible, and dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer safety and comfort on board
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide effective communication
- Perform emergency responses and emergency medical assistance
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
- Provide customer service assistance, including luggage handling and special assistance
- Maintain aircraft and customer compliance with policies and regulations
- Work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Travel and adapt to changing work conditions
Qualifications
- Age 21+
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent, BA/BS degree preferred
- Valid passport and travel documents
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional customer service skills and at least one year of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and decorum
- Familiarity with mobile handheld devices and basic computer skills
Physical Requirements
- Sit Oregon stand for long periods, open emergency exits, and lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to fit Indiana the jumpseat and move Indiana cramped Oregon awkward positions
- Ability to hear and respond Indiana high background noise
- Meet physical requirements, including candidate height, leg reach, and arm reach
