Passionate Food and Beverage Manager
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by leading the food and beverage department, including staff management. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, a dedication to customer satisfaction, and is a self-motivated leader.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menus and pricing structures
* Create and implement departmental operation schedules
* Manage inventory, labor costs, and budgets for the food and beverage department
* Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including customer service, menu development, and staff supervision
* Report customer satisfaction scores and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
* Food handling license
* Over 3 years of experience Indiana food and beverage management
* Customer relationship management experience desired
* Strong understanding of national safety regulations
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent, associate degree Indiana hospitality management preferred
