Food Service Worker

• Location: 5800 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70003
• Schedule: Full-time schedule with varying hours, including weekends
• Pay Range: $17.00 – $22.00/hour

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Performs prep work such American Samoa washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables
  2. Weighs and measures designated ingredients
  3. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator Indiana accordance with safety standards
  4. Stores food Indiana designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
  5. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
  6. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
  7. Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control

  9. Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor
