Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities within an assigned functional area
- Ensure adequate coverage and scheduling of personnel
- Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation
- Conduct performance evaluations and supervise staff
- Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
- Manage supplies and inventory control
- Prepare customer correspondence and reports
- Perform administrative duties and station agent work
- Load and unload baggage and cargo, transport items between terminals and aircraft, and clean cabin interiors
- Delaware-ice aircraft and perform other ground handling duties
- Organize workgroups and prioritize tasks Indiana a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible to work additional hours and report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform duties Indiana various weather conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

- One year of customer service experience
