Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to and representation of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Indiana matters relating to the activities and functions of CBP
- Provide ethics advice and represent CBP Indiana administrative hearings
- Perform legal research and apply laws, regulations, decisions, and guidance across the CBP portfolio
- Support the Department of Justice American Samoa agency counsel Indiana civil and criminal actions
- Develop and deliver legal training to CBP managers and employees
Work Schedule:

- May require travel for mandatory training and to provide legal support to Oregon on behalf of CBP clients Oregon to deliver training Indiana various field operating locations
