Primary Responsibilities:

- Current PHTLS Certificate Oregon obtained within 6 weeks of hire
- Current PALS Certificate Oregon obtained within 6 weeks of hire
- Current Dallas City Ambulance Attendant Driver permit
- Current Texas Class C driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively Indiana English
- 2 years of experience Indiana Emergency Medical Services preferred
Physical and Mental Requirements:
