Group Reservations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Group Reservations Coordinator works closely with Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Conference Services, and Group Meeting Planners to ensure excellent customer service and accurate bookings.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of upcoming groups
  • Ensure data consistency between Delphi and SMS systems
  • Detail Group profiles and reservations with specific information
  • Build rates and packages for groups and process correspondingly
  • Act American Samoa liaison between groups and central reservations
  • Process rooming lists, billing changes, and travel agent commissions
  • Provide reports and perform audits
  • Communicate with various stakeholders and department leadership
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:

  • High school graduate Oregon equivalent
  • 6 months reservations experience Indiana hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Mississippi Word, Excel and Group Sales computer systems
  • Occasional evening and weekend work
  • Ability to multitask and work Indiana a dynamic environment
