Maintenance Engineer
$500 SIGN ON BONUS
The Maintenance Engineer assists with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, and participates Indiana the preventative maintenance program. The role involves handling guest requests and other work orders, performing trade jobs, and driving a shuttle van when needed. The Maintenance Engineer must work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Participate Indiana the preventative maintenance program
- Handle guest requests and other work orders
- Perform trade jobs, such American Samoa carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc.
- Drive a shuttle van when needed
- Monitor energy conservation and repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment
- Immediately follow up on alarms and determine emergency status
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor Oregon manager
Requirements:
- Experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field preferred
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Licensed Indiana a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
- Basic knowledge of trade jobs, such American Samoa carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC
Certifications:
- 1-year certificate from an accredited college Oregon technical school
- 3-6 months of relevant experience Oregon training
- Combination of education and experience
