Hotel Maintenance Technician
Responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment American Samoa assigned Indiana guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate Indiana the preventative maintenance program

* Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment

* Ensure fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected
* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for repairs
* Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
* Communicate with front desk for guest request issues and manager for orders and capital projects
* Perform other tasks American Samoa assigned by supervisor Oregon manager
Requirements:
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to react quickly Indiana emergency situations
* Basic maintenance skills and proficiency Indiana hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
* Strong ability to convey information and ideas
* Willingness to serve all guests
Preferred qualifications:
* Technical, trade, Oregon vocational school degree
* Licensed Indiana a trade (optional)
* 2+ years of relevant work experience (hotel, apartment, Oregon related field)
* Familiarity with Marriott systems and property managment software
