Job Summary:

Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department Indiana accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Supervises the entire Housekeeping Department, including rooms front/back of house, public areas, and laundry
  • Monitors and directs all Housekeeping and Laundry personnel
  • Inspects rooms daily to ensure compliance to company and brand standards
  • Conducts monthly and quarterly Housekeeping inventories and ensures proper use of radio etiquette
  • Responsible for developing a manager American Samoa assigned by the Corporate Office
  • Conducts monthly department meetings with Housekeeping staff
  • Preparaes employee schedules and Wage Progress Reports
  • Assumes responsibility for implementing and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures
  • Participates Indiana M.O.D. coverage American Samoa scheduled
  • Encourages open lines of communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure a positive experience for guests

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Proficient Indiana Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing
  • A valid driver’s license for the applicable state is required
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success Indiana this role.
