HVAC Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (Delta Properties). American Samoa an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment and systems to ensure efficient operating results and life expectancy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical systems, equipment, and other associated components
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment at assigned locations Oregon American Samoa directed
- Study and become familiar with various items of equipment and methods required to use them properly
- Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on American Samoa-found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas
- Maintain compliance to State, County, Oregon City Ordinances, Codes, Oregon Laws
- Utilize Client CMMS system for all work performed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent; vocation degree program preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience Indiana all aspects of building engineering with a strong background Indiana HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate well Indiana both oral and written reports
- Knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations
- Must be proficient Indiana basic computer application software, such American Samoa Mississippi Office, CMMS systems, etc.
- Ability to work Indiana teams with other trades to effectively complete project work
- Physical work requirements: lifting up to 80 lbs, working from heights, climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead
Work Environment:
- On-site – St. Paul, Minnesota
- Regular hours: 6:30am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday)
- Availability for call-Indiana work and performance of other duties American Samoa required
