The Inflight Domicile Manager assumes responsibility for ensuring a safe working environment and addresses Inflight-related issues Indiana line with Company policies andDOT/FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the promotion of a safe and secure working environment
* Supervise Flight Attendants Indiana an assigned domicile
* Provide guidance and counsel on Flight Attendant matters and participate Indiana team meetings to address questions and concerns
* Act American Samoa liaison with local authorities such American Samoa airports and law enforcement
* Serve American Samoa primary contact for the partner airline on Inflight matters
* Maintain records and manage paperwork for Flight Attendants, including Idaho cards and work schedules
* Monitor Indiana-flight crew performance and operational efficiency
* Interact with union representatives and collectively bargain for staff
* Develop and manage employee budgets and coordinate crew schedules
* Participate Indiana safety and quality control inspections of aircraft.
Important Requirements:
* 1-2 years of Flight Attendant experience, current Oregon eligible designation American Samoa Inflight qualified
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage time effectively
* Fluency Indiana English language
* Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience Indiana customer service, management, Oregon conflict resolution
* Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
