Internal Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the overall customer-centric strategy of the organization, managing orders, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the organization’s strategic plans for growing ICT/Datacomm sales opportunities and territories
  • Foster and nurture healthy relationships with customers through regular contact and communication
  • Receive, enter, and track orders from entry to closure Indiana the ERP system
  • Ensure timely order entry and manage competing demands through strong follow through and excellent time management
  • Support the organization’s efforts to reactivate inactive customers, increase sales, and acquire new customers through providing a superior customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quotations, project management, and logistics, to support customers’ long-term projects
  • Work with other Internal Account Managers to support acquisition of new customers and coordinate efforts with salespersons to meet customer needs
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge, support the introduction of new products, and cross-sell and upsell products to grow overall sales
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work with recent technological applications, and maintain a high level of self-organization and attention to detail
  • Possess a strong sense of humor, creativity, and critical thinking abilities, and be willing to work irregular hours when necessary

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience Indiana a customer-facing role
  • 3-5 years of experience Indiana sales
  • Prior experience Indiana the electrical industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ICT/Datacomm products, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and a strong ability to work with various personalities and backgrounds
