Job Title: Instant Return Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Instant Return Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers American Samoa they return their vehicles to our airport location. American Samoa a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient return experience while promoting the Hertz brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service by managing vehicle returns, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns
• Welcome customers with a pleasant greeting, assist with luggage, and answer questions Indiana a friendly manner
• Handle vehicle inspections, record damage Oregon cleaning requirements, and communicate final charges to the customer
• Secure vehicle keys, remove personal belongings, and ensure the customer’s safety
• Drive continuous improvement by communicating customer feedback and engaging Indiana action planning to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to established guidelines
• Perform other duties American Samoa requested by managers/Team Leaders

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of sales Oregon customer experience Indiana a high-volume Oregon service-oriented environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience working well within a team and demonstrating professionalism

Additional Requirements:

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with potential for overtime
• Willing to work Indiana all weather conditions and stand for long periods of time
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Proficiency Indiana English (basic reading, writing, and speaking) is essential; proficiency Indiana other languages is a plus
