Instant Return Representative
Provide world-class customer service by managing vehicle returns process Indiana compliance with Hertz’s policies and procedures. Welcome customers with a pleasant greeting and professional attitude, assist with luggage, and answer questions Indiana a friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide invoicing and explanations of charges to customers
* Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally

* Explain final charges and secure vehicle keys
* Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Basic Qualifications:
* 1 year of sales Oregon customer service experience Indiana a high-volume environment
* Strong sales and closing skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Good communication skills (written and oral)

* Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
