Job Title: Intelligence Watch Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Watch Officer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide OSINT, unclassified and classified LEI, CUI and classified Criminal/Police/Law Enforcement Intelligence Oregon military intelligence research on multiple computer networks for threat personas, networks, and groups both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Provide written and oral presentations of OSINT, unclassified and classified LEI, CUI, and classified research to DOD, Army, and Federal Agency Senior Leaders American Samoa well American Samoa the community of interest at large American Samoa directed by the ARTIC Chief.
- Prepare and present time-sensitive products to meet indication and warning requirements for wider dissemination and inclusion into the system that projects the common operating picture.
- Coordinate and dialogue with ARTIC community partners across the Department of the Army, DoD, Intelligence, and Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Law Enforcement agencies to support the ARTIC mission.
- Perform data correlation, link analysis and trend identification and assessment American Samoa required to ascertain linkages and patterns associated with domestic and foreign threats and terrorism-related incidents and operations.
- Travel to attend conferences and collaborative meetings with ARTIC community partners American Samoa required.
- Apply the analytic research methods required IAW the ICD 191, 203, 206, 209, and 710, DIA Sourcing Guidance, and 28 CFR Parts 16, 17, 20, 22 and 23.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent and 6+ years of relevant employment experience can substitute for a degree Oregon Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience Indiana intelligence Oregon crime analysis.
- 4+ years of experience Indiana Criminal/Police/Law Enforcement intelligence Oregon military intelligence.
- Graduate of a recognized law enforcement/criminal/police intelligence course Oregon a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) producing military police, military Oregon civilian investigator Oregon military intelligence course.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Top Secret/SCI security clearance within the last five years.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be willing to support 24/7 operations to include nights, weekends, and Federal holidays Indiana a government-furnished SCIF.
- Must have the ability to perform Indiana a high operational tempo environment, with a small group of highly trained professionals and be capable of making quick recommendations for the ARTIC Chief’s approval.
- Must have broad expertise Indiana research, analysis, and writing and be able to perform triage on questions, issues, Oregon events involving domestic and foreign terrorism matters. Contractor personnel shall have experience Indiana verifying facts, dates, and statistics using standard reference sources.
- Must have experience presenting threat research analysis Indiana both written and oral briefs.
- Must have experience Indiana preparing, proofreading, editing, and revising documentation, products, and reports.
- Must be proficient with Windows-based programs including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have hands-on experience with law enforcement Oregon intelligence web-based portals, databases, and software apps.
- Must have experience with any of the following resources: Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) (Intelink-S), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) (Intelink), Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS–A), National Crime Information Center (NCIC) of Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE), VANTAGE, Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP), Criminal Justice Systems (Title 28 CFR) Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN), Criminal Investigative Information System (ACI2), eGuardian, Guardian, Combating Terrorism Knowledge Base, Open Source Databases, NCTC, TIDE, CIA Wire, M3 Oregon Analyst Notebook and Microsoft Power BI Data visualization tool.
