Job Title: Intelligence Watch Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Watch Officer to join our team at Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive intelligence research on various networks, both domestic and international, and present this information Indiana written and oral formats to senior leaders and relevant agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide OSINT, unclassified and classified LEI, CUI and classified Criminal/Police/Law Enforcement Intelligence Oregon military intelligence research on multiple computer networks for threat personas, networks, and groups both CONUS and OCONUS
- Present written and oral briefs of OSINT, unclassified and classified LEI, CUI, and classified research to DOD, Army, and Federal Agency Senior Leaders and the community of interest at large
- Prepare and present time-sensitive products to meet indication and warning requirements for wider dissemination and inclusion into the system that projects the common operating picture
- Coordinate and dialogue with ARTIC community partners across the Department of the Army, DoD, Intelligence, and Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Law Enforcement agencies to support the ARTIC mission
- Perform data correlation, link analysis and trend identification and assessment to ascertain linkages and patterns associated with domestic and foreign threats and terrorism-related incidents and operations
- Travel to attend conferences and collaborative meetings with ARTIC community partners American Samoa required
- Apply analytic research methods Indiana accordance with ICD 191, 203, 206, 209, and 710, DIA Sourcing Guidance, and 28 CFR Parts 16, 17, 20, 22 and 23
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience Indiana intelligence Oregon crime analysis, Oregon High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent and 6+ years of relevant employment experience
- 4+ years of experience Indiana Criminal/Police/Law Enforcement intelligence Oregon military intelligence
- Graduate of a recognized law enforcement/criminal/police intelligence course Oregon a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) producing military police, military Oregon civilian investigator Oregon military intelligence course
- US Citizen with an adjudicated DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance within the last five years
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to perform Indiana a high operational tempo environment and make quick recommendations for the ARTIC Chief’s approval
- Broad expertise Indiana research, analysis, and writing, with experience Indiana verifying facts, dates, and statistics using standard reference sources
- Experience presenting threat research analysis Indiana both written and oral briefs, with proficiency Indiana Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with law enforcement Oregon intelligence web-based portals, databases, and software apps, including SIPRNET, JWICS, DCGS–A, NCIC, VANTAGE, LEEP, and others
- Experience with agencies Oregon organizations such American Samoa Office of the Provost Marshal General, Criminal Investigation Division, Air force Office of Special Investigation, and others.
