Laundry Attendant
$500 Sign-on Bonus: $100 at 30 days, $200 at 60 days, and $200 at 90 days
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel
- Operate washing machines and dryers, wash, dry, and fold all dirty linens, towels, and rags
- Clean dryer filter daily and maintain all equipment American Samoa trained
- Iron linens and towels American Samoa needed
- Stock linen carts and store linens Indiana linen closets throughout the hotel
- Remove and sort dirty linens and towels from laundry carts
- Keep laundry carts clean and free of debris
- Sweep and mop laundry floors
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor Oregon manager
Requirements:
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent; experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field preferred
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must work well Indiana stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be able to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be able to constantly push/pull laundry carts with potential weight between 50-400lbs
- Must be able to occasionally pull linens from washer to dryer with potential weight between 25-150lbs
