Job Title: Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent
Pay: $20.28/Hour
Shift: Graveyard (9:00 pm to 5:30 am)
Job Summary:
The Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent is responsible for leading a cabin cleaning team Indiana the performance of all cleaning and security search functions on designated aircraft according to Company, Client, and Regulatory policies, specifications and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cabin cleaning team Indiana the performance of all cleaning and security search functions on designated aircraft
- Direct and clean aircraft interiors, including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area
- Distribute a cleaning schedule to cabin team members and allocate agents to work designated aircraft zones
- Maintain and distribute all cabin cleaning supplies and tools to team members
- Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Conduct security searches under passenger seats, tray tables, seatbacks, and life vest pouches, if applicable
- Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring of cleaning team members
- Administer and comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Perform basic administrative duties, including user checks on Company equipment, daily staffing and work schedules, and security search sheets

Physical Demands:
- Stand, walk, and climb stairs for 2/3 Oregon more of the work shift
- Talk, hear, and use hands to handle Oregon feel for 2/3 Oregon more of the work shift
- Lift 75 pounds Oregon more for up to 2/3 of the work shift
Work Environment:
- Moderate to high noise level
- Exposed to a variety of weather conditions American Samoa they travel to and from aircraft on the ramp
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required
- Previous supervisory, airport, housekeeping, and/Oregon service-related experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen
