Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent to lead a cabin cleaning team Indiana the performance of all cleaning and security search functions on designated aircraft according to Company, Client, and Regulatory policies, specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cabin cleaning team Indiana the performance of cleaning and security search functions on designated aircraft
- Direct and clean aircraft interiors, including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area
- Provisioning, ensuring correct safety cards are placed Indiana each seat-back and linens and headsets are properly provided
- Conduct security searches under passenger seats, tray tables, seatbacks, and life vest pouches, if applicable
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and mentoring of cleaning team members
- Provide team member performance input into the cabin agent evaluation process
- Administer and comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
- Perform basic administrative duties, including user checks on Company equipment, daily staffing and work schedules, and security search sheets
- Miscellaneous duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required
- Previous supervisory, airport, housekeeping, and/Oregon service-related experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen
- Ability to communicate effectively Indiana English and read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Indiana all units of measure
- Must comply with Company’s uniform and grooming standards and wear SIDA badge/Airport Idaho at all times
- Must comply with all guidelines and policies set forth Indiana the Air Serv Corporation Employee Handbook
