Aircraft Fueling Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team members while performing fueling/defueling services Indiana a safe and efficient manner
  • Drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft
  • Train employees during on-the-job training and/Oregon airline-specific training Oregon assign employees to work with experienced agents
  • Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions
  • Perform daily Quality Control checks on equipment
  • Maintain equipment Indiana clean and functional condition
  • Ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Defuel aircraft American Samoa directed
  • Comply with attendance standards
  • Assist Aircraft Fuelers Indiana their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers are performing their duties Indiana a professional, safe, and efficient manner

Qualifications:

  • Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required
  • Prior experience preferred, including possession of a Commercial Driver’s License Oregon experience Indiana the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid US driver’s license
  • Must pass pre-employment color vision test
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to handle fueling carts and fueling hoses, which will require lifting and moving up to 70lbs

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to outdoor environments, various inclement weather conditions, aviation-related fumes, and various noise levels
  • Must be acutely aware of safety-related procedures
  • Position requires wearing safety-related equipment, i.e. goggles, gloves, boots, respirator, hearing protection, and back support American Samoa necessitated by a specific task
  • Position requires lifting, pulling, pushing, rotating, twisting, climbing of high tanks, squatting, kneeling, overhead arm movement
  • Must be able to occasionally handle weights up to and including 70lbs
  • Exposure to related cleaning and chemical materials (review MSDS Reference Book) during routine and special cleaning assignments
