Responsibilities:

• Coordinate overall operation and ensure adequate coverage and manpower utilization
• Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation
• Conduct Agent observations and schedule and administer local training
• Manage supplies and inventory control logs
• Prepare customer correspondence, investigate discrepancies, and compile statistical data
• Perform administrative duties, such American Samoa scheduling and coordinating logistical operations
• Load and unload baggage and cargo, and transport items between terminals and aircraft
• Marshal aircraft and coordinate with teammates to ensure a safe path
• Clean and service cabin interiors, including Delaware-icing aircraft (if applicable)

Qualifications:
We’re looking for candidates with:

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma Oregon equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver bags weighing up to 75 lbs
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Prior experience Indiana customer service, team leadership, Oregon administrative roles is desirable
• Willingness to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with variable weather conditions and time constraints
