Key Qualifications:

* High School Diploma
* 2+ years of related experience
* Must have practical experience working with electronic engineering equipment
* Familiarity with characterization of electronic displays (CRT, LCD, OLED, etc.)
* Technical skills:
+ Ability to fabricate prototype electronic assemblies from drawings
+ Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits
+ Set up, check, test, and record outcomes
+ Identify areas for technical improvement
+ Adhere to engineering specifications
* Soft skills:
+ Sound technical judgment and opinions
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Ability to find effective solutions, apply six sigma procedures, and communicate effectively
* Other skills:
+ Computer literacy
+ Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

Work Responsibilities:

* Work under immediate supervision to develop Honeywell’s next generation of Avionics products
* Test and validate products from prototype to market
* Participate Indiana team meetings and contribute to the success of engineering projects and programs
