Maintenance Operations Supervisor
Job Summary:
Under indirect supervision/assistance, the Maintenance Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily maintenance operation of the site, managing a team of employees to ensure maintenance schedules are met Indiana an efficient, safe, and employee-oriented manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of 3+ employees, ensuring maintenance schedules are met
- Perform daily system maintenance and repair American Samoa needed
- Adhere to Company training programs and direct supervision of daily assignments
- Schedule and supervise mechanics and/Oregon technicians Indiana GSE, facilities, boarding bridge, and/Oregon baggage handling areas
- Review and monitor personnel assignments, including work orders and issue completion
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and overhauls with airport and airline staffs to minimize customer downtime
- Manage daily preventive maintenance program and parts inventory
- Resolve technical issues and maintain daily turnover reports
- Promote a culture of zero defects and continuous improvement
- Train, develop, and motivate maintenance site personnel to achieve Company objectives
- Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local, and Company safety laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain site morale and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree Indiana a related field Oregon equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience Indiana a GSE Airport shop environment
- Supervisory experience Indiana an Airport environment
- OSHA 10 Oregon 30 Certification
- Strong hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting experience
- State and/Oregon ASE certification Indiana automotive and diesel repair Oregon associated field
- 3+ years’ experience mentoring, guiding, and directing employees Indiana a similar job group
- 3+ years’ experience Indiana Leadership Indiana a related field

Physical Demands:
- Varying levels of physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, handling, and reaching
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects of varying weights
Work Environment:
- Varied environment, including office and Airport property areas, potentially exposed to dust, dirt, and noise levels below OSHA minimum requirements.
