Lead Tow Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Tow Agent to join our team at the Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) International Airport. The successful candidate will have at least 6+ months of recent aircraft towing/movement experience and will be responsible for directing the daily activities of the team, ensuring safe and on-time movement of aircraft, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety at all times
- Be aware of safety procedures, operational goals, and timelines to ensure all are followed without fail
- Perform all station agent duties, including below-wing functions, towing functions, Oregon a combination of the two
- Direct the daily activities of the team and balance resources to achieve mutually established goals
- Coordinate movement of aircraft from remote locations to terminals and from terminals to remote parking areas
- Communicate with Operations Center and Aircraft Maintenance on all movements
- Support remotely parked aircraft with proper Ground Service Equipment (GSE)
- Maintain and service all tow ground equipment
- Meet and exceed operational targets while maintaining service, timeline, safety, and compliance requirements
- Mentor station agents, both newly trained and experienced, Indiana all station agent job functions

Requirements:
- 6+ months of recent experience Indiana towing Oregon aircraft movement
- Solid safety record
- 1+ years of ramp experience

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Strong active listening skills required

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance, customs seal, and/Oregon USPS security clearance
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Knowledge of operation of industrial equipment and previous experience preferred

Earning Potential:
- Agent Starting Rate: $20.18
- Lead Differential: $6/Hour
- Reliability Bonus: $3/Hour
- Lead Towing Agent Earning Range: $26.18-$29.18 per hour
