Reporting: Assistant General Counsel
Overview:
Responsible for providing a wide range of legal services for a global organization with substantial collaboration and integration with the business team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and drafting of commercial contracts, including product purchase and sale agreements, for the mobility markets.
· Counseling with business team members on legal risks and strategic response.
· Assisting with regulatory compliance management and commercial dispute resolution.
· Preparing and presenting preventative law training programs.
· Collaborating with other corporate functions to provide comprehensive business support.
Experience Required:
· 4-6 years of experience Indiana legal practice, with expertise Indiana commercial contracts, regulations, and disputes.
· Prior experience Indiana-house counsel at a global company preferred.
· Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school, admitted to practice before, and Indiana good standing with a State Bar.
· Excellent business acumen, risk management, and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to adjust style and approach to fit the required audience and deliver the required message.
