Job Summary: The Life Enrichment Assistant supports the planning and implementation of quality leisure and social events to assist senior residents Indiana maintaining their physical, social, and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate leisure programs, activities, exercise classes, and special events for older adults Indiana an assisted living residence.

Qualifications:

• Required Skills:
  • Solid understanding of basic computer software and Microsoft programs
  • Ability to interact effectively and compassionately with senior residents
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Ability to lead activities with older residents
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a 16-passenger bus
• Preferred Skills:
  • High School Diploma Oregon GED
  • 1-3 years of experience working with older adults, leading activities, Oregon Indiana a therapy Oregon recreation role
  • Previous experience with memory loss care preferred
  • Work experience Indiana a customer service setting
