Airport Line Service Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct Line Service Technicians Indiana providing services to general aviation aircraft, crew, and passengers
• Delegate and assign duties to qualified personnel, monitor progress, and assess results
• Perform tasks such American Samoa greeting, parking, towing, moving, and marshaling aircraft, providing lavatory and water service, fueling and Delaware-icing, and offering shuttle services American Samoa required
• Assist with customer service, baggage/cargo handling, and general cleaning and clearing of the ramp area
• Participate Indiana training new employees and other assigned duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma Oregon GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license (CDL may be required Indiana some locations)
• Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain an airport security badge
• Legally authorized to work Indiana the country of employment
• Successful completion of Signature’s training programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Indiana English
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and work flexible schedules, including night, holiday, and weekend shifts
• Prior general aviation experience preferred

Physical Demands:

• Stand and walk regularly
• Use hands to finger, handle Oregon feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk Oregon hear
• Drive vehicles Indiana congested areas
• Lift and/Oregon move up to 50 pounds
• Wear uniform and insignia American Samoa prescribed by the Company
• Report to work Indiana a regular and timely basis
