Airport Customer Service Agent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Locate lost luggage for internal and external clients.
- Assist passengers with lost luggage claims at the ticket counter and gates.
- Check-Indiana passengers for flights, verifying documentation and assigning seats.
- Provide gate information and help with baggage checks.
- Maintain functional workspace at the check-Indiana, lobby, gate, and baggage areas.
- Offer assistance to passengers Indiana all areas of passenger services.
- Adhere to uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.
- Work Indiana a team environment.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of World Tracer Oregon similar lost luggage management systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- One-year college certificate Oregon technical school, with at least six months of related experience Oregon an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs comfortably.
- Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate areas.
- Proficient English communication skills – speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer software programs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical test and drug test.
- Ability to obtain a driver’s license for the Airport Operational Area (AOA) and pass an FBI background check.
