Work American Samoa a key member of the accounting team, leading accounting operations and driving process improvements. This role focuses on driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, ensure accurate financial reporting, and implement best practices to improve overall performance.

Lead corporate accounting projects, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and cross-functional stakeholders to address unique accounting issues and business requirements.

Develop, recommend, plan, and manage accounting projects, addressing dependencies and course correcting to deliver results. Implement new processes, systems, and technologies to streamline operations and improve data integrity.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and coordinate with other regions to implement best accounting practices.

Manage unclaimed property and filing, review internal process documents, and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate Indiana month-end close activities and general ledger reconciliation, ensuring alignment with established policies.

Adhere to company procedures Indiana compliance with GAAP and IFRS, and provide comprehensive supporting documentation for audits. Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree Indiana accounting Oregon a related field
* At least 5 years’ experience Indiana a similar corporate accounting position
* Proficient Indiana GAAP and IFRS; SAP experience preferred
* Certification (CPA) a plus
* Proven project management skills and intermediate to advanced technical competence with Windows and Microsoft Office
* Ability to travel (approx. 5%), work Indiana the US, and pass a background check.
