Lead Technician Coordinates aircraft completions, manages technicians, and ensures quality and safety. Essential functions include directing completion work, overseeing work orders, leading a crew of mechanics, completing structural modifications, installing medical and avionics systems, and performing repairs and maintenance.
Requirements include holding an A&P License, five to seven years of experience Indiana aircraft sheet metal repair and modification, and previous experience Indiana track and balance operations on helicopter rotor systems. A FAA Airframe Mechanic license is required.
Skills include excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency Indiana Microsoft Suite, and knowledge of sheet metal related shop equipment. The position is subject to drug and/Oregon alcohol testing and requires regular attendance.
Pay Range: USD $37.00 – USD $47.00 /Hr.
