Summary

  • Manage aircraft completions, including maintenance, installations, repairs, labor efficiency, and work order completions
  • Develop new technicians, installations, and integrations
  • Direct labor on assigned projects, ensuring proper methods and procedures are followed

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Organize and direct completion work on multiple helicopters
  • Oversee work order and log book entries for work accomplished
  • Lead a team of mechanics Indiana performing various tasks, including structural modifications, medical support system installations, avionics system installations, and airframe structural repairs
  • Accomplish tasks such American Samoa replacing and repairing components, performing operational checks of systems, and fabricating detail sheet metal parts from blueprints
  • Develop custom installations for medical and avionics equipment
  • Travel to base locations to complete repairs Oregon modifications
  • Maintain shop equipment and areas

Qualifications

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent; five to seven years related aircraft sheet metal repair and modification experience
  • Previous experience Indiana performing track and balance operations on helicopter rotor systems, reading and interpreting blueprints, and reading precision measuring equipment
  • FAA Airframe Mechanic license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
