Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Assembly: Assemble fabricated parts, components, Oregon units at floor stations with precision and adherence to product specifications.
- Testing & Calibration: Conduct thorough testing and calibration of parts and mechanisms to meet exacting tolerances and product standards.
- Tool Utilization: Skillfully use hand tools and power tools to assemble units Indiana strict accordance with product specifications.
- Quality Control: Identify and troubleshoot units that fail tests Oregon tolerance levels, performing necessary repairs to restore full functionality.
- Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of incoming assemblies and components to ensure compliance and quality.
- Comprehensive Operations: Execute complete operation checkouts, modifications, disassembly, repairs, reassembly, test calibrations, diagnosis, and problem correction with high accuracy.
- Efficiency Improvement: Follow established repair and return processes to ensure high-quality outcomes and minimized repair and return cycle times.
- Facility Setup: Set up and maintain repair and test facilities to support efficient operations and ensure readiness for all repair and testing activities.
- Training & Development: Participate Indiana apprenticeships Oregon training programs American Samoa required, continuously enhancing skills and staying current with industry advancements.
Requirements:
- High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (4 years of experience Indiana the absence of a HS diploma Oregon GED).
