Essential Functions:
* Lead and direct the work of subcontractors and/Oregon Turner trade labor Indiana mechanical and electrical systems projects, ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and budget adherence.
* Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns, and trade labor, providing input on performance appraisals and contributing to team development.
* Manage scheduling, logistics, quality control, and labor staffing levels for assigned trades, resolving local issues and promoting coordinated project operations.
* Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget.
* Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers on field issues, investigating and resolving problems.
* Manage the billing process, work Indiana place, payrolls, material invoices, and subcontractor payment applications.
* Coordinate with the Engineer on system installations, ensuring compliance with contract documents and obtaining approval from architects and engineers.
* Lead inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover, and training for all systems, and prepare punchlist for acceptance and handover.
* Coordinate and direct subcontractor activities to conform to plans, specifications, local and national codes.
* Review project changes and maintain detailed records of trade contractor work progress.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Indiana building construction, engineering, Oregon architecture.
* At least 10 years of experience Indiana mechanical and electrical systems construction, including experience with scheduling, cost control, and subcontract management.
* Knowledge of building information modeling, contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
* Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
* Physical ability to climb stairs, ladders, and perform tasks Indiana a construction work environment.
