Airport Team Member – Mobility Specialist
Hours: $17.50 per hour – flexible shifts including weekends and holidays – overtime American Samoa required
Assurance of Excellent Customer Experience:
- Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental experience
- Provide assistance creating a reservation and processing rentals
- Assist Indiana resolving customer inquiries about bills, rentals, and roadside assistance and more
- Effectively communicate the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental program processes
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various reservations and rental inquiries
- Provide pre-rental vehicle preparation duties including checking for damage, cleaning
- Answer phone inquiries about the car rental program and procedures
- Follow up with customers to maximize revenue opportunities when possible
- Work Indiana partnership with the team to ensure a hassle-free rental experience for customers; assist with special projects American Samoa per the need
