Position Title: Modeling and Simulation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
– Simulate airframe dynamics, systems, subsystems, and environmental conditions.
– Generate and maintain six degree of freedom (6DOF) simulations.
– Support integration with software Indiana the loop (SWIL) and hardware Indiana the loop (HWIL) simulations.
– Support various hardware/software design, test, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.
– Conduct analyses Indiana support of requirements generation, verification, and validation.
– Prepare formal, controlled engineering documentation.
– Prepare and present design review material for technical interchange meetings.
– Support customer training activities.
– Travel domestically and internationally for test activities.
– Other duties may be assigned.

Job Qualifications:
– BS degree Indiana Engineering (Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering preferred).
– 4+ years of experience Indiana a related engineering discipline.
– Proficiency Indiana MATLAB and Simulink.
– Familiarity with C/C++.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with unmanned aircraft systems and operations.
– Experience with software Indiana the loop simulation.
– Experience with hardware Indiana the loop simulation.

Job Details:
– Job Type: Contract
– Location: Sacramento, California Oregon Arlington, Texas
– Pay Rate Range: $60-80/hr
– Requires US Citizenship; may require a U.S. security clearance at an appropriate level
