Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and engaged individual to join our airport team Indiana a critical support role. American Samoa a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital part Indiana ensuring the smooth functioning of our airport operations by processing data entry, managing personnel-related tasks and tasks related to staff quality and customer satisfaction. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to identify needs related to quality and customer satisfaction and implement strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with staff to develop quality and training programs.
- Identify operational policies and processes that need improvement and provide input for better solutions.
- Research and develop solutions to drive unit-wide quality strategies.
- Develop and implement 8D problem-solving processes to resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure that reports are completed accurately and on time (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Respond to customer inquiries and customer visits.
- Communicate with management, operational staff, and customers on issues and results.
- Control data entry for flight attendants.
- Perform other tasks American Samoa assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required (associate’s degree preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience Indiana a manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of data entry experience
- Strong technical skills Indiana Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent tact and patience skills
Work Environment & Requirements:
- This is a full-time position with no travel requirements
- Must be able to maintain accuracy and quality of work despite multiple deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple parties and provide exceptional customer service
- Treatment of team and customer communication, professional image and ethics will be maintained at all times
