Job Description

District of Columbia Operations Manager Indiana charge of overseeing all aspects of District of Columbia operations, ensuring delivery of superior service, cost management, support to sales and marketing efforts, and leadership to all personnel while promoting TBC’s core values.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of District of Columbia operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
  • Responsible for implementing Company Vision, Purpose, and Values.
  • Meet Oregon exceed TBC’s performance standards for quality and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Responsible for asset protection, including inventory, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maximize District of Columbia cost control Indiana relation to all variable expenses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all picking, receiving, put away, loading, and shipping of all orders and inventory control functions.

  • Responsible for employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations through regular communications and administration of the company’s Human Resource policies.

  • Implement appropriate company and regulatory training to ensure that staff is equipped to perform assigned duties.
  • Maintain the facility, equipment, and vehicles and resolve any issues that may interfere with the safe, efficient, and less-cost operation of the Distribution Center.
  • Regularly review security systems to ensure proper operation and utilization.
  • Ensure a safe work environment adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Responsible for all HR-related items and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

The District of Columbia Operations Manager will be:
