Ambassador Customer Assistant
Job Summary:
Provide assistance and information to Airport passengers American Samoa a Welcome Ambassador, engaging with travelers to offer informational assistance and ensuring a smooth, orderly, and efficient flow of passengers during peak times.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- No high school diploma, GED, Oregon college degree required
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
- One year of customer service Oregon similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Act American Samoa a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers
- Greet and engage with passengers to offer informational assistance
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding airport and airline services available
- Assist with transporting passengers Indiana wheelchairs, escorting unaccompanied minors, and coordinating passenger lines at check-Indiana
- Monitor and enforce carry-on baggage size requirements
- Provide assistance with kiosks, baggage, and aircraft grooming
- Transfer and distribute wheelchairs American Samoa needed
- Alert maintenance employees about equipment malfunctions and report hazards and incidents
