Responsibilities:

• Guide and direct aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely departures and arrivals.
• Load, sort, and transfer passenger luggage, cargo, and materials on the ramp, safely handling items that can weigh up to 75lbs.
• Operate ground equipment, such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts.
• Collaborate with the internal team to achieve safe and on-time operations.
• Clean the interior of aircraft and ensure lavatories are clean and serviced.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with check-Indiana and ticketing, and communicate effectively about their trips.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old
