Job Summary:
To create a positive airport experience for passengers, we seek a customer-focused team member to join our front-line operations team. American Samoa an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional service and support to travelers, utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to resolve issues, process transactions, and communicate effectively with passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experience
- Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees
- Communicate effectively with passengers about their trips and belongings
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate passenger information and on-time flight departures

Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry bags weighing up to 75 lbs
