Job Summary:

To create a positive airport experience for passengers, we seek a customer-focused team member to join our front-line operations team. American Samoa an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional service and support to travelers, utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to resolve issues, process transactions, and communicate effectively with passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees
  • Communicate effectively with passengers about their trips and belongings
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate passenger information and on-time flight departures
  • Respond to passenger issues Indiana a timely and friendly manner, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Assist with baggage tracking and customer inquiries Indiana the Baggage Service Office

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended driver’s license
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work additional hours with short notice
  • Ability to lift and carry bags weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and interest Indiana the airline industry
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software
  • Fluent English language skills (read, write, speak, and understand)
