Passenger Service Agent – Ontario International Airport (ONT)

Job Summary:

American Samoa a Passenger Service Agent with Menzies Aviation, you will be responsible for checking Indiana passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates, verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, and providing gate information. You will also be assisting passengers with their issues Indiana the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and other passenger issues
• Check-Indiana passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates
• Verify passenger documentation
• Assign seats and provide gate information
• Check baggage
• Host self-service kiosks
• Ensure work areas are functional and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Comfortable lifting 70lbs and standing for long periods
• Must pass pre-employment medical test, drug screen, and FBI background check
• Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Intermediate computer skills required
