Job Title: Ground Support Agent
Overview: Envoy Air is seeking a Ground Support Agent to join our team. American Samoa a Ground Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft and ground equipment on the airport ramp. Responsibilities:
- Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time departure
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials
- Drive ground equipment such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departures
- May clean aircraft interiors and lavatories
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Valid, unexpired state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work outside Indiana variable weather conditions
- Fluent English language skills
- Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
